As a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP) I’ll start off by collecting as much relevant information about you as I can. We’ll run labs you probably haven’t run before. Instead of just focusing on your symptoms, I’ll look for specific underlying factors that could be actively contributing to fibroid growth.
Combining the results from your lab work along with your medical history, lifestyle, and your health goals, I’ll work with you to make easy changes and implementations to help your fibroid signs and symptoms improve.
You will receive easy to follow, step-by-step instructions and guidance along the way. I will create a customized diet and lifestyle plan just for you, taking into account your unique biochemistry and nutritional needs. As we work together, I will empower you with the understanding of your health issues on a deeper level, sharing my knowledge and tools so that you can actively participate in your journey back to health.
